Abstract
This project was built to enable Shopify shop owners to improve engagement with their customers. In essence, a customer makes a purchase and they are sent a personalised video message (PVM) with purchase details thanking them for their purchase.
The basic principle could be expanded to support abandoned cart, re-targeting or new specials in a unique format.
